"Exceptional"
They staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice. The mirror in the bathroom had touchscreen features for light on, clear up steam and something else we weren't sure of. The TV was good and had the DISH satellite, which I really missed. Also, the Muni was literally a minute away. The location was really great, pretty central, close to everything, even a Safeway (Vons, Pavillions, Albertson's). Many cute little cafes, bars, the Castro, close to everything. This is perfect for a couple or solo traveler that doesn't plan on spending a ton of time in the room.

This hotel is great for someone who just needs a very affordable, clean, no-frills place to lay their head. The bathroom was really nice, bonus points for the rain shower head! Don’t change a thing!

Small simple room. Located near the bar scene in the Castro, San Francisco, so that was convenient. Room was some what clean. Needed dusting and to be wiped down.

It's such a unicorn to find affordable lodging in SF, let alone so well located. This was not my first stay at TP and as long as they offer such clean, economically sane, rooms, I'll be back again.
