Twin Peaks Hotel

Will not be staying here... Liked: Affordable Disliked: Staff was very rude to me, my friends were helping me take my luggage to my room and they did not allow them to come in.

Bad Liked: Absolutely nothing Disliked: We couldn't even get a parking spot. We called ahead to ask where the best place to park was and the person tending the hotel said, "that's your problem." We tried to cancel the stay saying that we could not find a spot to park and the employee told us that it was up to us to figure out how to cancel it. We will NEVER be booking a stay at this hotel again. Terrible customer service as well.

Exceptional

Very good

It felt welcoming and well... Liked: I had a great stay at Twin Peaks. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location made it easy to get around the city. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. It felt welcoming and well cared for, and it was a great base for my trip. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco.
